Satisfaction Guarantee and Cooling-off Period

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers to our premium services. Additionally, under UK law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your subscription for any reason and receive a full refund.

The satisfaction guarantee and cooling-off period apply to first-time subscribers and cover the initial subscription fee. The cooling-off period begins from the day you subscribe to our services or receive confirmation of your purchase.

To be eligible for our satisfaction guarantee, you must have used our services in good faith and not violated any terms of service. Under UK consumer law, you retain your right to cancel even if you have started using the service, provided you notify us within the cooling-off period.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible Circumstances

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances: exercise of your statutory cooling-off rights, technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours, billing errors or duplicate charges, service cancellation within the satisfaction guarantee period, failure to deliver promised features as described, or if the service is not as described or fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable after the cooling-off period, including: custom design work that has been completed and delivered with your agreement to waive cooling-off rights, physical NFC cards that have been manufactured and shipped, third-party integration fees, and services fully performed with your prior express consent.

Digital business cards that have been actively shared or distributed may have limited refund eligibility after the cooling-off period. WhatsApp store setup fees may be non-refundable once the store has been configured and activated, subject to your statutory rights.

Training sessions, consultation services, and premium support packages are non-refundable once delivered, unless you exercise your cooling-off rights. Domain registration fees and SSL certificate costs are non-refundable as these are third-party services.

Subscription renewals are subject to a new 14-day cooling-off period. Annual subscription discounts may be adjusted if the service is cancelled mid-term, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Any promotional credits, bonus features, or complimentary services provided are non-refundable and have no cash value, except where required by law.

Services used in violation of our terms of service or acceptable use policy may not be eligible for refunds, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds may be limited for dissatisfaction with third-party integrations or external service limitations beyond our control, though your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our customer support team at support@ecorevcard.net with your account details, order number, and reason for the refund request. For cooling-off period cancellations, you can use our online cancellation form or send a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

All refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. For statutory cooling-off cancellations, we will process your refund immediately upon receipt of your cancellation notice. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days as required by UK law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of approving your refund, as required by UK consumer law. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.

Partial Refunds

Pro-rated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial or pro-rated refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription. This applies to annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term or services that were partially delivered, in accordance with UK consumer protection principles.

Service Downgrade

If you downgrade your service plan, the difference in cost may be credited to your account for future use or refunded, depending on the timing and circumstances of the downgrade and your statutory rights.

Partial refunds are calculated based on the remaining subscription period and comply with UK fair trading practices. Administrative fees may apply only where permitted by law.

Custom work or premium features that have been partially completed may be subject to partial billing based on the work completed, provided this is fair and reasonable under UK consumer law.

Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions will be calculated fairly, taking into account any promotional discounts and your statutory consumer rights.

Service credits from partial refunds expire 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be transferred to other accounts or converted to cash, except where required by law.

Partial refunds will be considered fairly and in accordance with UK consumer protection laws, regardless of usage levels or timing of cancellation.
